Responsibilities

  • Client Operations
    • Maintain CRM and client follow-up systems
    • Draft and schedule client communications
    • Coordinate closing timelines with transaction coordinators
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendar and scheduling
    • Triage email and flag priority items
    • Coordinate vendors and service providers
  • Relationship Management
    • Prepare birthday and anniversary cards
    • Assist with thoughtful client touches
    • Help track follow-ups with clients and colleagues
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist with newsletter and blog preparation
    • Help manage special projects and events
    • Organize information for consulting and speaking work

Hours & Location

This role will begin at 10–15 hours/week.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person work required in Takoma, DC.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is $30–35/hour, depending on experience.
