The Tone:

This role is crucial in preparing the facility for these diverse events and upholding a safe, clean environment for all visitors and staff members.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conversions: Reconfigure the arena space to meet event-specific needs, such as converting for sports, concerts, theater, or meetings.
• Setup & Breakdown: Follow supervisor directions for the proper setup and breakdown of stages, seating arrangements, tables, ramps, and other event infrastructure.
• Maintenance: Assist with general maintenance tasks including fixing seats, grounds cleanup, and snow removal as needed to ensure a safe and presentable facility.
• Cleaning: Perform light cleaning and general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and order of the facility.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to all established safety precautions and emergency procedures, promptly reporting any safety concerns or observed damage to management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED is required. This is an early career role focused on facility setup and maintenance operations.
• Experience: Possession of operational knowledge of various tools and equipment relevant to facility setup and maintenance.
• Skills: Capable of working effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision; strong desire to work diligently and consistently; ability to take and follow directions accurately while remaining flexible; strong attention to detail and commitment to task follow-through with a positive attitude.
