• Mission: Serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions by providing a visible, customer-focused presence at the entry desk and deterring unwanted activity.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Provide customer service at the front desk of a financial institution, carrying out security procedures and engaging in emergency response when appropriate.
• Control: Greet and screen visitors, issue credentials as required, and help manage lobby traffic while maintaining a professional presence.
• Monitor: Oversee access points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and intercoms, promptly reporting any unusual activity.
• Respond: Address incidents and critical situations calmly, coordinating notifications and accurately documenting actions taken.
• Document: Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant updates to Allied Universal management and site contacts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Not Specified. Early Career. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of security-related experience. Must be 21+ years of age.
• Skills: Customer service, access control and visitor management, security system monitoring, incident response and documentation, clear communication.
• Bonus: Comfortable using a computer or tablet; experience with access control, badge systems, and customer service.
