• Team: Global Proposal Management team, reporting to a Director or Manager.
• Mission: Organizes information, maintains internal systems, and ensures smooth operation behind the scenes to support the development of client proposals.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), SharePoint, Salesforce.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist team members with questions regarding proposal processes and tools.
• Route: Review new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and direct them to the appropriate proposal team.
• Manage Data: Create digital project folders, upload essential documents, and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and workload reports.
• Maintain Systems: Contribute to database maintenance and data cleanup projects.
• Report: Run basic data queries and reports as requested by the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, life sciences, or a related field) is required. This is an early career level role.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Skills: High level of attention to detail and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication; genuine curiosity about the business; positive, team-oriented approach; comfort managing multiple small tasks and staying organized.
• Bonus: Some prior exposure to the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
