What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers promptly, efficiently handling multiple customer interactions.
• Product Engagement: Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Promotions: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer issues, using product knowledge to offer alternative solutions or facilitate exchanges.
• Store Operations: Regularly communicate merchandise restocking needs, service requirements, and customer feedback to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve overall store and company objectives, fostering a positive work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 16 years old with the ability to acquire procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
• Experience: Available to work a flexible schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts, potentially including overnight shifts.
• Skills: Good communication skills to engage with customers, ability to handle customer interactions courteously, and basic information-gathering skills for problem-solving.
• Bonus: Comfortable with or willing to learn how to operate technology such as cash registers, hand-held, and mobile devices.
