What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Representation: Professionally represent the employer to patients with the highest levels of care.
• Outreach & Data Collection: Reach out to patients by phone to remind them to take surveys and collect necessary information.
• Patient Support: Provide patients with quick, accurate, and easy-to-understand answers to their questions.
• Privacy Protection: Exercise good judgment and follow internal protocols for safeguarding patient privacy.
• Performance Tracking: Track throughput and backlog, then communicate these metrics to the operations team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Ability to effectively connect with diverse individuals while exercising good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Experience: Proficiency with GSuite and VOIP phones. Candidates with 2+ years of experience working with medical records or in a patient-facing healthcare role are preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional phone communication skills, highly organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities, and the capacity to quickly learn new protocols in a rapidly changing environment.
