What You’ll Do:

• Proactively maintain a secure and safe environment for all guests and staff members.
• Diligently monitor entrances/exits and observe overall venue activity to prevent incidents.
• Assist effectively with crowd management and flow, especially during peak busy events.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with fellow team members and management.
• Respond calmly, professionally, and effectively to various situations and challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Proven availability for consistent night shifts and weekend work.
• Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
• Prior security or event experience is essential.
