Supply Chain Technician PRN | HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital

The TL;DR
• Role: Part Time
• Type: PRN; 2 days a week 8am – 4:30pm
• Location: In-person, Brooksville, FL

• Team: Supply Chain team
• Mission: Ensure quality care can be delivered to patients by providing the necessary materials.
• Tech Stack: SMART system

What You’ll Actually Do
• Returns Management: Process all “returns to vendor” or “returns to backup stock” and deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner.
• Drug Transport: Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices.
• Expedited Deliveries: Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to the appropriate department.
• Inventory Control: Review and maintain Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately.
• Stock Maintenance: Count par level areas weekly according to schedule, ensure POU items have appropriate barcodes, and rotate stock to prevent items from being out of date.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. Career level: Early Career.
• Experience: Previous stock clerk or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skills: Receiving and distribution of supplies, data entry into inventory systems (SMART), inventory management (Min/Max, par levels, stock rotation), and logistics for material transport.
