Job Description: Front End Checkout Associate

Location: Neighborhood Market #4380, 10635 W ATLANTIC BLVD, CORAL SPRINGS, FL, 33071, US

Employment Type: Part-Time

Available Shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing

Hourly Wage & Compensation:

  • Base Hourly Wage: $14 – $28 per hour.
  • The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional Compensation:
    • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
    • Premiums: May range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the relevant criteria are met.

Job Overview:

As a Front End Checkout Associate, you are a crucial part of our customer’s shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Operating cash registers efficiently.
  • Greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Accurately ringing up items and processing various payment types.
  • Thanking customers for their patronage.
  • Being readily available to assist customers with questions and needs.
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor throughout your shift.
  • This role may require standing for extended periods.
