What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Provide comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, while ensuring client dignity and comfort.
• Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities, offering a comforting presence to alleviate loneliness and promote mental well-being.
• Home Support: Assist clients with medication reminders and perform light household tasks such as tidying living spaces, doing laundry, and preparing simple meals to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and accurately document changes in client health, mood, or behavior, promptly reporting significant observations or concerns to appropriate supervisory staff or family members.

• Background: A genuine desire to help others, coupled with patience, kindness, and empathy, to provide essential care and support within client homes.
• Experience: No prior professional caregiving experience is explicitly required; new graduates are warmly welcomed to apply.
• Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a high degree of adaptability and reliability.
