What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Assist clients with essential daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
• Emotional Support: Provide engaging companionship, actively listen, and offer emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being and alleviate feelings of loneliness.
• Health Observation: Observe and accurately monitor clients’ health status, noting any significant changes and promptly reporting them to supervisors.
• Medication Reminders: Support clients by providing timely reminders to take prescribed medications as directed, ensuring adherence to their schedules.
• Home Environment Support: Assist with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and meal preparation, contributing to a clean, safe, and organized living space.
