Job Description

Front End Service Associate – Part-Time

Location: Neighborhood Market #4607, 3735 PALOMAR CENTRE DR, LEXINGTON, KY, 40513, US

Job Overview

As a Front End Service associate, your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Smiling, greeting, and thanking customers warmly.
  • Efficiently processing returns and refunds.
  • Handling various financial transactions accurately.
  • Being readily available to assist customers with their questions and needs.
  • This role may require standing for extended periods.

Compensation

  • Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour.
  • The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
  • Additional Compensation:
    • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
    • Premiums: Additional payments ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may be applied if all relevant criteria are met.
