• Mission: Supports regional marketing, business development, and other department activities by maintaining the marketing database, supporting project pursuits, assisting with branding and events, and contributing to overall communication strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Development: Assist in developing and editing compelling content for requests for proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) responses, leveraging tools like Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Presentation Production: Assist in the editing and production of presentation materials and deliverables tailored for both internal purposes and critical project pursuits.
• Information Management: Systematically update and accurately enter marketing information into Microsoft Dynamics and OpenAsset databases, encompassing internal personnel resumes, external contact records, project records, and the broader knowledge database.
• Marketing Collateral: Provide support in producing unique marketing collateral for Business Development and various internal departments, ensuring strict adherence to corporate identity guidelines with every deliverable.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, client events, and internally planned activities, potentially attending to provide on-site support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A candidate must be actively pursuing a degree in journalism, marketing, or a closely related field to qualify for this internship.
• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Prior experience showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and good time management is also required.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and in deadline situations, and a keen attention to detail. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong work ethic and high energy, along with leadership potential.
• Bonus: Preferred, candidates with prior database management skills.
