Hourly Wage & Additional Compensation

Base Hourly Wage: $18 – $31 per hour

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation may include:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Deli / Bakery Associate, your main priority is to prepare quality products for our valued customers. This role involves direct engagement with customers at the service counter, efficient movement of incoming merchandise to the salesfloor, and rigorous adherence to proper food safety and cleanliness standards, which are critical for the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing quality deli and bakery products.
• Engaging with and assisting customers at the service counter.
• Processing and stocking incoming merchandise on the salesfloor.
• Ensuring cleanliness and strict adherence to all food safety standards.
