What You’ll Actually Do
• Stocking: Keep the Fresh area fully stocked with meat and produce.
• Product Rotation: Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Food Safety: Uphold proper food safety standards across the department.
• Merchandise Movement: Efficiently transfer incoming products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Display Maintenance: Ensure fresh displays are organized, appealing, and well-maintained for customers throughout the day.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific degree is required; this is an associate-level position. Core domain knowledge includes an understanding of fresh food handling principles and general retail operations.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is explicitly required, but the ability to perform tasks such as stocking, product rotation, and efficient merchandise movement is essential.
