• Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide engaging companionship, actively listen, and offer genuine emotional support to enhance the client’s well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Promoting Independence & Safety: Help clients maintain their independence by encouraging participation in daily tasks where appropriate, and proactively ensure a safe and secure environment to prevent accidents and falls.
• Care Plan Adherence: Diligently follow individualized care plans, ensuring all client needs are met and documented accurately. Communicate any changes in client condition or needs effectively to the appropriate team members.
• Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks relevant to their care.
