• Personal Care: Deliver essential daily personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while prioritizing client dignity and comfort.
• Nutritional Support: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nourishment.
• Companionship: Offer engaging companionship and genuine emotional support, actively listening to clients to enhance their well-being and reduce isolation.
• Promote Independence & Safety: Encourage client participation in daily tasks to maintain independence and proactively ensure a safe living environment to prevent accidents.
• Care Plan Adherence: Diligently follow individualized care plans, ensuring all client needs are met, accurately documented, and communicating any changes effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career in caregiving; no specific educational degree required.
• Experience: No prior professional caregiving experience is required; comprehensive training opportunities are provided.
• Skills: A genuine desire to help others with compassion and empathy; the ability to remain calm and understanding with patience; excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction; dependability and punctuality with strong commitment to responsibilities.
