• Personal Care Assistance: Providing sensitive and respectful support with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always prioritizing client comfort and privacy.
• Mobility Support: Assisting clients with safe transfers, walking, and exercises as outlined in their care plan to maintain their physical capabilities and prevent falls.
• Hygiene Management: Ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for clients, assisting with personal hygiene routines and maintaining cleanliness of personal spaces.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Engaging clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and providing a reassuring presence, fostering a sense of connection and reducing feelings of isolation.
• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Diligently observing and monitoring changes in clients’ physical or mental health status, accurately documenting observations, and promptly reporting any significant concerns to supervising healthcare professionals.
• Light Housekeeping: Performing essential light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment for clients, focusing on areas directly related to client care.
• Meal Preparation: Assisting with the planning and preparation of nutritious and appealing meals, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences, and ensuring clients receive adequate nourishment.
