Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate
Location: Anderson, SC
Schedule: Night Shift – 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Compensation: $37.16 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

Your Role as a New Graduate RN
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse at Regency Hospital – Upstate, you will be an integral part of our patient care team. In collaboration with physicians and your dedicated preceptor, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, assessment, evaluation, and follow-up of comprehensive care plans for our patient population. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (New Graduate), you will:
- In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, assure the implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and their families.
- Interpret assessment data and information to develop a comprehensive nursing care plan, including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Assure that all documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at hire.
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the new graduate program.
