Location: Lake St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Full-Time Day, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate, you will collaborate with the physician and your preceptor to ensure the implementation, assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for our patient population. While you may apply before being licensed, a valid RN license is required upon your start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and their families.
  • Interpret assessment data and information to develop a comprehensive nursing care plan, including problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
  • Actively participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure all documentation in the medical record is complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid State RN License is required (must have upon start date).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at hire.
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
