Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH

Regency Hospital – Cleveland East is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services. We specialize in caring for chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery, guiding them through some of the most vulnerable and challenging moments of their lives. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will play a central and vital role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment and support every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities and Impact

As a New Graduate RN, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, collaborating closely with physicians and your dedicated preceptor. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assuring the implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of the patient’s plan of care for our unique patient population.
  • Initiating and conducting ongoing systematic assessments of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of both patients and their families.
  • Interpreting comprehensive assessment data to develop individualized nursing care plans. These plans will include problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, specific approaches, interventions, short-term and long-term goals, and comprehensive discharge planning.
  • Actively participating as a productive and essential member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals for our patients.
  • Ensuring that all documentation within the medical record is complete, factual, accurate, and timely, reflecting the highest standards of professional practice.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
  • Valid State RN License required. (Applicants may apply before being licensed; however, a valid license is required upon start date.)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility of scheduling to successfully complete the requirements of the new graduate program.
