Job Description: Customer Host / Loss Prevention Associate – Part-Time

Join our team at Walmart #1583 in Madera, CA, as a Part-Time Customer Host / Loss Prevention Associate. This essential role focuses on creating a welcoming and secure environment for our customers while actively preventing loss at the store entrances.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Performance Incentives: Opportunity for annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
  • Premiums: Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting, assisting, and thanking customers as they enter and exit the store.
  • Proactively preventing loss at store entrances.
  • Verifying customer purchases.
  • Assisting customers with returned items.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment at the store entrances.
