Role: User Operations / Social Media Intern

Location: On-site in Shanghai, VA

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated User Operations / Social Media Intern to join our team in Shanghai, VA. This on-site internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both direct user support and brand growth initiatives. The intern will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional user experience for Mavio’s community while simultaneously contributing to our brand’s online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Operations Support:
    • Actively respond to and manage user inquiries, providing timely and helpful solutions.
    • Efficiently resolve user issues, troubleshooting problems to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
    • Gather user feedback to identify common issues and contribute to product improvement discussions.
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation:
    • Manage and maintain Mavio’s various social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Develop and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
    • Implement creative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
    • Analyze social media engagement metrics and performance data to inform future content and campaign strategies.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns aimed at fostering brand growth and community building.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the sports tech and tennis industries.
    • Support cross-functional team initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall team operations.
