The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, with variable in-person locations globally. This specific role supports the TikTok Shop LIVE team, whose mission is to foster real-time interactive connections between communities, sellers, and partnership organizations. As an intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining practical, real-world experience and professional development in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trend & Ecosystem Analysis: Continuously monitor the Sports&Outdoor&Shoes industry to identify emerging content trends and significant shifts in the market landscape.
• Seller Coaching & Incubation: Provide day-to-day coaching and develop educational resources to assist sellers in improving their content quality, livestream efficiency, product assortment, and overall operational quality.
• Case Study & Funnel Optimization: Deconstruct successful individual cases to identify the key drivers of viewer conversion and revenue, then develop data-driven frameworks to influence creators to adopt these winning strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align on strategies, execute growth priorities, and unlock new opportunities for seller success.
• Performance Tracking: Track relevant industry trends and maintain ownership of key success metrics, including revenue growth, retention rates, content quality standards, and platform progression.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: Commitment to an internship period of at least 3 months.
• Skills: Proven skills in logical thinking, business analysis, systematic thinking, critical thinking, learning ability, execution ability, stress resistance, communication, coordination, resource integration, and project management.
