The Tone:
This is a full-time Early Career Management Trainee program at L’Oréal, located in multiple US hubs including New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, and El Segundo, CA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Execution: Manage daily digital or e-commerce responsibilities, from consumer insights to campaign deployment for a specific brand.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from initial insight gathering to final recommendation, presenting outcomes directly to senior leaders.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, Research & Innovation, and Sales teams to understand their influence on brand performance.
• Business Acumen Development: Acquire practical business knowledge by working closely with brand managers in the beauty industry.
• Skill Enhancement: Develop and refine presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities applicable to various career paths.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college/university, graduating December 2026 – July 2027, prepared to start full-time in September 2027. Early-level career focus in digital marketing.
• Experience: No prior industry experience required. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Minimum 3.5 GPA. Demonstrated curiosity, trend-driven thinking, strong analytical aptitude, leadership potential, and strategic thinking ability.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to one of L’Oréal’s U.S. hubs. Participation in the BRANDSTORM youth innovation competition is a plus.
