What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Leadership: Take ownership of day-to-day brand responsibilities, encompassing activities from consumer insights to campaign execution, for one of L’Oréal’s 40+ diverse brands.
• Project Management: Lead strategic projects from the initial insight generation phase through to the final recommendation, presenting outcomes directly to senior leaders.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales to understand how each function contributes to a brand’s business success.
• Industry Immersion: Develop strong business acumen by working alongside experienced brand managers within the beauty industry.
• Professional Development: Actively sharpen and refine essential skills, including presentation abilities, analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and strategic thought processes, which are valuable across any career path.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/university, with a graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027, enabling a full-time start in September 2027 in an entry-level marketing capacity.
• Experience: No prior industry experience is required; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5; possessing a curious and trend-driven mindset; demonstrating strong capabilities in presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to one of L’Oréal’s U.S. hubs (New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA); active participation in the BRANDSTORM youth innovation competition.
