The Tone:
This is a hybrid full-time internship at TalentAlly, supporting the Lagunitas Brewing Company, located in Petaluma, CA. Lagunitas, founded in 1993, is known for its craft beer and its commitment to community support, turning beer into funds for various causes. This role is crucial for assisting in the execution and tracking of a high-visibility, multi-channel partnership program that extends across various marketing functions. The intern will help ensure smooth operations and effective measurement of this significant program.

• Team: Reports to Director of Omni Channel Marketing. Collaborates with Digital and Content Manager, Market Managers, POS and Merchandising Manager.
• Mission: Owns the successful execution of a high-visibility, multi-channel marketing partnership program, ensuring consistent tracking and support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Track Program Performance: Monitor and maintain the program scorecard across all integrated channels, including sales, public relations, and social media, using a holistic measurement framework.
• Coordinate Logistics: Manage the logistics and coordination of activation kits for various off-site events, specifically supporting the Fender partnership.
• Execute Live Events: Provide on-site assistance for consumer engagement activities and event support at various off-site locations, including air guitar contests.
• Capture Content: Secure and organize relevant photo and video content generated during events and program activations.
• Compile Recaps: Contribute to the creation and assembly of post-event recaps to summarize activities and outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a vocational program, college, community college, or university, demonstrating a cumulative GPA over 3.0.
• Experience: Required to be at least 21 years of age and available for the full duration of the internship, from August 4 to September 31, which includes travel requirements. Must be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid setting and travel to 6 live events in September, typically involving 1 or 2 nights per trip.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools. Comfortable participating in and supporting live events. Capable of working independently in a complex environment.
• Bonus: A marketing degree (completed or in progress) is preferred. Prior content creation experience is also preferred, along with an interest in music and/or craft beer culture.
