Sales And Marketing Intern | Mount Ararat Financial Services LLC

The Tone:
This is an internship at Mount Ararat Financial Services LLC, located remotely. The company, established in 2024 by David NANIGIAN, Ph.D., MBA, CIMA®, CPWA®, CFP®, is a fully virtual fee-only District of Columbia registered investment adviser. Mount Ararat Financial Services is currently launching a Fractional Chief Investment Officer Service, which crafts custom-tailored investment solutions for other fee-only registered investment advisory firms. This role is crucial for driving the marketing and sales of this new B2B service, providing the intern with broad exposure to business development within a growing financial services firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Marketing: Implement the firm’s B2B digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Client Outreach: Initiate outbound communications to target investment advisory firms.
• Client Consultations: Co-host complimentary consultations with prospective clients via Zoom.
• Growth Support: Execute additional duties as assigned by David NANIGIAN, Ph.D., MBA, CIMA®, CPWA®, CFP® to stimulate revenue growth for the Fractional Chief Investment Officer Service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Possess a basic understanding of investments and the domestic financial services industry.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Zoom and Adobe Acrobat, along with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and web-based applications relevant to job functions. A growth mindset is required, including a genuine desire to learn and apply trust-based selling techniques through employer-paid training by Ari Galper.
• Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Eagerness to accomplish revenue-based goals. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, including adherence to the Investments and Wealth Institute’s Code of Professional Responsibility as a precondition of employment. Must be able to respond to emails and voicemail messages at least once every business day during normal business hours, and perform work from a quiet, distraction-free location with a secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection.
