Role Description: Marketing & E-commerce Intern

Hathaway Robotics is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & E-commerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, contributing directly to our brand growth and market presence. You will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, from strategic development to the direct management of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support:
    • Assist with comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, directly informing strategic decisions.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of overall marketing strategies for both B2B and consumer products.
    • Support sales enablement initiatives by creating compelling materials and resources for our sales team to effectively engage clients.
    • Aid in customer engagement efforts, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with our diverse clientele.
    • Participate actively in the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and analytical perspectives to the table.
  • Content Creation & Asset Management:
    • Assist in the creation and management of compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, and website content.
    • Collaborate closely on product photoshoots, coordinating logistics and ensuring high-quality visual assets that effectively showcase our innovative products.
    • Support the selection and optimization of effective advertising assets across various digital platforms.
    • Help with the preparation of engaging creative content (visuals, copy, video concepts) for all marketing channels.
  • E-commerce & Digital Marketing:
    • Provide hands-on support for our Amazon Marketplace (FBA) campaigns, including product listing creation, inventory management support, and promotional activities.
    • Assist in the management and optimization of our dedicated Shopify store, focusing on user experience and conversion rates.
    • Execute product listing optimization (SEO/SEM) to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion on both Amazon and Shopify.
    • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite for Facebook/Instagram, TikTok), developing engaging content and interacting with our community.

Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Marketing Acumen:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Market Research methodologies and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
    • Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy development processes and principles.
    • Basic knowledge of Sales and Customer Service fundamentals to assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Familiarity:
    • Familiarity with key digital marketing and advertising platforms, including:
      • Google Ads for search engine marketing.
      • Amazon Seller Central for marketplace management.

      • TikTok Business Center for emerging social media strategies.

Preferred Qualifications (A Strong Plus!):
