Regional Reserve Network Point Manager, Eastern Guangdong | SF Express
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SF Express, located across Eastern Guangdong’s key cities including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Heyuan, Meizhou, Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang, and Shanwei. SF Express is a leading logistics and express delivery service provider, vital to connecting businesses and individuals across China. This position is critical for managing and developing future operational branches, ensuring the company’s sustained growth and operational excellence in a strategically important region.

• Mission: Manages and coordinates overall branch operations to ensure balanced growth across revenue, profit, and foundational stability.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage overall branch operations, guiding its rhythm to ensure balanced growth in revenue, profit, and operational foundation.
• Foundation Building: Foster the development of the operational foundation, enhance resource efficiency, and build talent pipelines within the assigned area.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational issues within the branch from a business perspective, analyze them, propose solutions, and drive their implementation.
• Market Engagement: Gain insights into the branch’s market, advance project execution, monitor evolving customer needs, identify potential business opportunities, and formulate responsive strategies.
• External Relations: Serve as the external public affairs interface for the assigned region, ensure ethical operations, and coordinate the handling of major incidents within the region.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a strong foundation in business development, operational management, and driving performance indicators.
• Experience: 5+ years of overall work experience, including 2+ years in large team management. Prior experience in managing large operational terminals, business outlets, or full-scope branch/regional operations is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Proven capability in business operations, team motivation, and target management. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication influence. Ability to learn and summarize quickly, with a strong service orientation, responsibility, and capacity for driving execution, change, and crisis handling. High stress tolerance.
