Workforce Planning Intern | T-Mobile

• Team: The Workforce Planning team aligns workforce strategy with overall business objectives.
• Mission: Ensure T-Mobile has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time by leveraging analytics, insights, and data-driven storytelling to inform strategic decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize workforce trends and insights.
• Workforce Analysis: Support workforce planning through data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Market Research: Conduct external labor market research to support benchmarking and workforce strategy.
• Strategic Communication: Assist in preparing presentations and insights for business reviews and leadership discussions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Foundational knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into insights, coupled with an interest in workforce strategy, consulting, or business operations.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, R, or data engineering concepts.
