The Tone:
This is an internship at Delaware North, located in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting the Boston Bruins. Delaware North is a global hospitality company with over 100 years of history, owning and operating iconic venues like TD Garden, home to the Boston Bruins and Celtics. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop leadership capabilities, and make a tangible impact on the business operations of a non-profit organization, the Boston Bruins Foundation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Gameday Operations: Support Boston Bruins Foundation gameday operations by managing foundation tables, assisting with event activities, and fulfilling related responsibilities during games.
• Manage Communications: Review, process, and respond to donation requests, charity inquiries, fan correspondence, and community outreach communications.
• Maintain Databases: Maintain and manage databases related to events, donations, grants, programs, and community initiatives to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate on Projects: Collaborate with Community Relations team members on daily projects, program development, sponsorship initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Manage Inventories: Manage inventories of signed memorabilia, premium items, and storage areas while supporting event logistics and fan experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student seeking an internship; Entry-Level career experience.
• Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs; ability to work all game days and major team events.
