• Team: HR Operations, supporting HR Business Partners
• Mission: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners, ensuring efficient HR processes and contributing to various talent management initiatives.
• Tech Stack: SAP SuccessFactors, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Allianz Intranet, HR-Portal, Artificial Intelligence (AI), internal ChatGPT

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist HR Business Partners with all organizational and administrative personnel matters.
• Contracts: Draft and update employment contracts, alongside refining and refreshing contractual modules.
• Administration: Process various HR administrative transactions, including maternity leave, parental leave, working time changes, and transfers.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and update electronic personnel files accurately within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Communications: Create, publish, and update information, articles, and events on the Allianz Intranet and HR portal.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Experience: Prior experience in Human Resources, ideally within a global organization, is beneficial.
• Skills: Excellent MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach; Effective communication and teamwork capabilities; Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: An interest in creative and innovative solutions, coupled with enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies like Artificial Intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
