US People and Organization Graduate | BioSpace
The Tone:
This is a full-time graduate program at BioSpace, located in the US with an international rotation component. It is a rotational program at Novo Nordisk, a company dedicated to helping people defeat diabetes and other serious chronic conditions. This role is crucial to Novo Nordisk’s People & Organization team, which focuses on enabling business success by turning the company’s strategy into an actionable workforce strategy. Joining this program means contributing to healthier communities and shaping the future talent pipeline of leaders within the organization.
The TL;DR
• Role: Graduate Program
• Type: Full-time
• Location: US-based with 1/3 international assignment
• Pay: $101000 yearly
• Team: Reports formally to a program manager/director within Talent Management, US Operations (USO) Employee Experience, with a host manager appointed per department.
• Mission: Attract, recruit, and develop post-graduate talents to become managing leaders within the People & Organization team at Novo Nordisk.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete three rotations in two years, including one global rotation, with each rotation lasting 6-8 months.
• Project Participation: Take part in daily department projects and become responsible for specific elements of these projects.
• Solution Development: Contribute to the development of well-thought-out solutions for complex business challenges.
• Program Activities: Plan and participate in graduate activities, such as site visits, ‘meet the customers’ events, and skill training.
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge-sharing among current graduates and contribute to the development of a professional network.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Management.
• Experience: No more than 12-18 months post-graduate from the program; 1-2 years of relevant work experience at the time of application.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to change; team player attitude.
• Bonus: Documented GPA of 3.5 or higher; ability to approach tasks with a global mindset; driven and eager to learn; demonstrates optimism, resilience, and situational self-awareness.
