What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Acquisition: Support initiatives to attract and hire top talent, including sourcing, employer branding, and candidate management, leveraging AI and digital channels.
• Talent Development: Assist with programs for employee growth, development, and potential, such as talent review, succession planning, and capability-building programs.
• HR Business Partnering: Partner with HR leaders and business teams on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze talent metrics and people data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support business decision-making.
• Culture Building: Contribute to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, employees are empowered, and teams are equipped for high performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Entry-Level, with expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, student organizations, campus involvement, work experience, athletics, military service, volunteer activities, or community engagement. Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Curiosity, learning agility, a desire to understand how people strategies drive business performance, ability to work effectively with diverse teams, and geographic flexibility to support rotational opportunities.
