## Job Description: Wealth Management Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of global wealth management. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, including:

Responsibilities:

• Gaining Industry and Organizational Knowledge: You will learn about the inner workings of Morgan Stanley through daily interactions and job assignments.
• Developing Business, Financial, and Analytical Skills: You’ll receive training and support to enhance your skills in these areas, preparing you for a career in financial services.
• Providing Marketing and Sales Support: You will assist branches and their teams with marketing initiatives and sales support activities.
• Performing Market Research: You will contribute to gathering and analyzing market data, understanding industry trends and client needs.
• Gaining Exposure to Wealth Management: You will have the chance to learn about the various products, services, and client financial needs within the wealth management sector.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; pursuing a college degree is preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Strong desire to understand the global wealth management business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

Compensation:

The expected base pay rate is $17.28 per hour at the start of the internship. However, individual compensation will be determined based on various factors and may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits.

Internship Duration:

The internship program is designed for a limited duration, with a maximum of ten months.
