What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Accounting: Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting fundamentals, including general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic improvements at a PCC facility during the first year.
• Strategic Financial Operations: Navigate into a strategic financial role during the second year at another PCC location, participating in capital acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, Internal Audit/SOX, and system implementations.
• Leadership Development: Engage with a personalized 1:1 mentorship program, aligning with assignments and addressing skill gaps, while also accessing extensive training resources from industry experts and PCC leadership.
• Career Transition & Growth: Collaborate monthly on subjects designed to facilitate a smooth transition from college to a professional career, ensuring continuous personal and professional development.
• Operational Best Practices: Benchmark best practices at various PCC facilities and be perpetually considered for promotional opportunities due to dedicated program involvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 12 credit hours of accounting. This is an entry-level position for emergent talent.
• Experience: Prior co-op or internship experience is required. Demonstrated leadership capacity through club, organization, or activity involvement.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a high level of interest in management and leadership roles; willingness to maintain a flexible schedule; willingness to relocate to various US locations; must be a U.S. Person.
