• Mission: This person will gain experience across FP&A, Accounting, Strategy, and Treasury, with opportunities in Tax, Investment Accounting, and Internal Audit, to build a diverse set of finance skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and maintain cash flow.
• Communicate: Present key metrics in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
• Analyze: Track industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may influence the market landscape.
• Strategize: Use market insights and business data to project future trends and guide strategic decisions.
• Reconcile: Ensure cash records, bank statements, and financial accounts are accurately reconciled to detect discrepancies and maintain accurate reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administrations, or related fields. Entry-level career.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial insights and collaborating with different teams; Interest in the finance industry and desire to build a diverse set of finance skills.
