Group Controlling Steering Business Partner | MOL Group

• Mission: Support MOL Group’s planning, reporting, and decision-making framework, coordinate key Group-level controlling processes, and provide financial insights that enable effective performance management and resource allocation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Planning Processes: Maintain and continuously enhance MOL Group’s budgeting system, planning models, processes, and supporting functionalities for target setting and planning.
• Contribute to Target Setting: Support Group-level target setting, budgeting, forecasting, sensitivity analyses, and ad-hoc planning tasks.
• Coordinate Reporting: Prepare and coordinate MOL Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual actual reports.
• Conduct Financial Analyses: Prepare independent financial and business analyses, sensitivity assessments, and comprehensive solution alternatives for management decision-making.
• Oversee Impairment: Prepare and coordinate the quarterly impairment calculation process for subsidiaries in scope.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, planning, reporting, financial analysis, or a related finance area.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of corporate and business processes, sound knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations, advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Experience in planning, reporting, controlling, or financial analysis, ThinkCell, SAP and BI system knowledge, experience in ESG or sustainability finance, experience in cross-functional or international cooperation and stakeholder coordination.
