About The Team: JD Young Internship Pathway

You’ll be joining our JD Young Internship Pathway, designed to give early-career talent hands-on experience supporting the building and improvement of our Job Families for Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Team. We value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping you build real skills and make a real impact from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your role will cover responsibilities such as:

• Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with data analysis and report preparation, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Communicate across departments to ensure supply chain operations align with business objectives.
• Contribute to supply chain projects, driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Follow warehouse safety and operational protocols, and participate in picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.

About You: Qualifications We’re Looking For

We’re looking for the brightest of minds to join our Supply Chain Team:

• Graduation: Graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• Majors: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
• Language Skills: Native Chinese speakers preferred. English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication; experience in international supply chains is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
• Soft Skills: Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest: Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
