SkillBridge Intern | Arizona Public Service

The Tone:
This is an internship at Arizona Public Service, located in Arizona. This role may be onsite, hybrid, or home-based, requiring employees to reside in Arizona. Arizona Public Service generates reliable, affordable, and clean energy for 2.7 million Arizonans, serving as the state’s largest and longest-serving energy provider since 1886. What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct simple to intermediate analysis and designs, supporting the preparation of business plans, specifications, and studies.
• Research: Assist in research, business documentation, and technical reviews, summarizing findings in written reports or oral presentations.
• Learning Application: Utilize internal resources to understand business operations and functions, applying this knowledge to complete assigned work.
• Coordination: Coordinate efforts with various disciplines and departments to achieve project goals and task assignments.
• Support: Execute additional assigned duties as needed to support team and project objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Active Service Member of the U.S. Armed Forces within six (6) months of separation.
• Experience: Official approval for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program from both the Department of Defense and the Service Member’s Chain of Command.
• Skills: Specific skills will align with the individual’s work experience, career interest, or educational background relevant to the assigned Business Unit.
