Position: Warehouse Operations Internship (JD Young program)

Contract Type: Intern Fixed-term trainee Contract

Time: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Location: Fontana, California

Start Date: March-May, 2026

Salaries: $20 per hour

About The Team: JD Young Internship Pathway

You’ll be joining our JD Young Internship Pathway, a program specifically designed to provide early-career talent with hands-on experience. This pathway supports the building and improvement of our Job Families for Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Team. We highly value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. Through this program, you will build real skills and make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with data analysis and report preparation, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure supply chain operations align with business objectives.
  • Contribute to supply chain projects, driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Follow warehouse safety and operational protocols, and participate in picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

We’re seeking bright minds to join our Supply Chain Team. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Native Chinese speakers preferred.
  • Graduating in 2025 and 2026 with majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Clear logical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication; experience in international supply chains is a plus.
  • A strong interest in the supply chain and e-commerce industries, coupled with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
