Warehouse Manager | Leidos

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Leidos, located in Atlanta, GA. Leidos is an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers, with 47,000 global employees and approximately $16.7 billion in annual revenues. This role is crucial to the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) mission, providing essential logistics and administrative support to ensure national stockpiled inventory is maintained and ready for 24/7 deployment in an emergency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct analyses of repository logistics functions and provide written recommendations to improve efficiency and operational processes.
• Monitoring: Monitor the movement, storage, and planning of condition-controlled assets, ensuring compliance with cGMP and manufacturer-recommended storage guidelines.
• Operations: Provide operational support for repository asset inventory and distribution activities to facilitate timely processing of assets.
• Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors, as directed by the Government, regarding supply chain matters including shipping, receiving, and storage support.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit logistics performance summaries and reports, retrieving and analyzing data from record systems to support performance metric tracking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, supporting the Strategic National Stockpile.
• Experience: Required to be on-call 24 hours/7 days a week, able to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes, with a recall of 90 minutes to report to the designated location.
• Skills: Ability to compose analytical reports and perform research analysis (Quality Assurance, Audits, Discrepancies) using an inventory system; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; strong customer relations capabilities.
• Bonus: Previous experience supporting a government agency, ERP (Oracle) system knowledge, technically savvy.
