Warehouse Manager | Romanoff Group

• Team: Manages warehouse team members and coordinates with management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Accuracy: Verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy before acceptance, conduct regular inventory checks, and proactively order low stock.
• Team Oversight: Lead warehouse team members to ensure adherence to company policies, safety measures, and consistent completion of all inventory paperwork.
• Operational Flow: Oversee morning loadouts to meet standard times, ensure job packages are 100% complete, and manage material requests from crew leaders efficiently.
• Facility Management: Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, ensure cardboard is properly broken down, and coordinate routine care for company vehicles with the corporate Fleet Manager.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain open dialogue with vendors regarding material issues, relay information to management for alternative solutions, and assist with managing building vendors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. Required high school diploma or GED equivalent and understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and general safety policies.
• Experience: Required 5+ years of related experience. Strongly preferred supervisory experience.
• Skills: Required valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills, and ability to operate various types of vehicles/equipment (Forklift, Box Truck, etc.) and pass certifications.
• Bonus: Preferred Associate degree and HVAC/Electrical experience.
