Business Operations Intern | HOUSE OF GRAVITY

The Tone:
This is an internship at House of Gravity, located in Amsterdam. House of Gravity is a rapidly growing high-end international activewear brand, designing sustainable activewear and citywear for the ‘conscious woman’. This role offers a unique insight into the daily operational core of a fashion brand, providing hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how a fashion business is run behind the scenes. You will contribute to real processes and gain foundational knowledge in operations, data, and supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Gather and process sales, inventory, and cost data, transforming it into understandable overviews and actionable insights.
• Operations Management: Manage product data, pricing, and inventory within Shopify and Exact Online, supporting supply chain processes and production/delivery flows.
• Wholesale Support: Maintain current price lists and assortment overviews, assisting with the administrative processing of wholesale orders and understanding sales-inventory-planning connections.
• Process Optimization: Observe existing processes and data flows, contributing improvement ideas and learning how systems like Shopify and Exact Online integrate.
• Data Quality: Keep data sources up-to-date and ensure the quality and integrity of operational data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a HBO-level degree in fields such as Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Fashion Business, Data, or E-commerce. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Demonstrable affinity with numbers, processes, and structure; eager to learn and proactive in asking questions; proficient in working with Excel.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, accuracy, proactive problem-solving, data processing, and basic reporting.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Shopify or Exact Online is preferred but not required.
