The TL;DR

• Mission: This person will assist in content creation, editing, managing, and ensuring quality control of video projects.
• Tech Stack: Video editing software and tools (familiarity is a plus)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Production: Assist actively during video shoots and help with various post-production tasks.
• Project Coordination: Organize schedules, resources, and timelines as part of production planning.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders on video projects.
• Quality Control: Apply basic quality control knowledge to ensure content standards are consistently met.
• Project Management Support: Contribute to understanding production management, including workflow optimization and task coordination for video projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant program in film, media, or communication; possesses an eagerness to learn and participate in training opportunities to enhance video production skills.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to assist with production planning, including organizing schedules, resources, and timelines; understanding of production management, including workflow optimization and task coordination.
• Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills; basic quality control knowledge; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with video editing software and tools.
