• Mission: Play a key leadership role in the origination and execution of complex transactions while developing relationships with key clients and driving new business opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Leadership: Lead the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Markets, and Advisory transactions.
• Process Management: Manage day-to-day deal processes, ensuring milestones and timelines are met effectively.
• Deliverable Oversight: Oversee the development and quality control of financial models and client materials for accuracy.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all deal execution matters.
• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with senior bankers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or an equivalent field is required. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Six or more years in Corporate Finance as a Coverage Banker supporting the Tech sector, with proven transaction execution experience in investment banking. This includes experience with sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition processes, as well as equity and debt capital raises.
• Skills: Strong leadership, client relationship management, and negotiation skills. Possesses advanced technical and strategic advisory capabilities, with the ability to manage projects independently and work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines. Must be able to synthesize large amounts of information, develop innovative solutions, and assess/mitigate reputational, operational, and credit risk. Required certifications include SIE, Series 79, and Series 63.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Office products and an established work history.
