• Mission: Support appraisals and consulting projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and managing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Research: Apply organizational and analytical skills to research and organize market and property information.
• Perform Analyses: Analyze a variety of property types including office, multifamily, and industrial assets.
• Support Projects: Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates to support appraisals and consulting projects for various purposes.
• Manage Projects: Follow valuation and appraisal projects from their initiation to completion.
• Gather Data: Analyze data and gather market research to inform valuation efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards certified general licenses, with knowledge gained from an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience: Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
