The Tone:
This is a contract role at an undisclosed company, located in the Los Angeles area, offering a hybrid work model. The company is seeking an early career professional or recent graduate to contribute to exciting design projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across various platforms, working closely with an experienced Art Director.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Contribute to exciting design projects, bringing a fresh perspective and solid design principles to the team.
• Collaborate: Work closely and effectively with an existing Art Director, taking direction, contributing ideas, and ensuring design consistency and quality.
• Create: Develop intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that function seamlessly across various platforms.
• Design: Create a wide range of component variations to ensure seamless and consistent user experiences across different device types.
• Optimize: Design specifically for desktop, mobile, and tablet interfaces, including the development of accessibility-checked versions adhering to best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional or recent graduate with a solid foundation in design principles.
• Experience: Proven experience in creating a wide range of component variations, ensuring seamless and consistent user experiences across different device types. This includes designing for desktop, mobile, and tablet, as well as developing accessibility-checked versions. A strong and compelling design portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, problem-solving abilities, and aesthetic sensibility is required.
• Skills: UX/UI design, component design, responsive design principles for desktop, mobile, and tablet, application of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG standards), problem-solving, strong aesthetic sensibility, and collaborative work.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and their associated design considerations.
