• Mission: This role is responsible for providing essential support across various business functions, including administrative, account, and design coordination, to ensure smooth operational flow within a luxury-focused company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Develop foundational business acumen by rotating through various departments to support multiple business functions.
• Client Assistance: Provide direct assistance for account management and client support activities.
• Data Management: Manage data entry, tracking, reporting, and essential general administrative tasks.
• Workflow Coordination: Coordinate operational workflows, specifically supporting order and product-related processes.
• Creative Support: Create design and presentation materials utilizing Adobe tools and learning emerging AI-supported workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, fashion business, or a related fashion-focused discipline. Strong interest in building a career in fashion, luxury, or hospitality-related apparel.
• Experience: Entry-level experience with basic proficiency in Excel and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with AI design tools, or openness to learning them.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, and operational information.
• Bonus: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Spanish language skills are a plus. Polished and confident in client-facing environments, adaptable, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to grow within luxury service standards.
