What You’ll Actually Do
• Editing: Edit both short-form and long-form user-generated content (UGC) videos for various platforms and purposes.
• Color Grading: Apply professional color grading techniques to enhance visual aesthetics and ensure a consistent, high-quality look.
• Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and visual effects to elevate storytelling and bring creative ideas to life.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the wider creative team, providing input and receiving feedback to refine video projects.
• Quality & Deadlines: Ensure consistent quality and brand adherence across all edited video content while effectively managing workload to meet client deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with demonstrated expertise in video production workflows and advanced video editing techniques.
• Experience: Proven ability to apply professional color grading, design motion graphics, and manage projects autonomously in a remote setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, strong understanding of storytelling and visual composition, and familiarity with UGC trends across social media platforms.
• Bonus: A background in multimedia production, film, or a related creative field is highly desirable.
